Steve's house as of Friday!

As you can see the house is coming along. It is finally getting shingled, and is looking really nice. Inside the walls are all up and soon they will begin the siding. Move-in date is set for Dec. so we are hoping it will be done!

Beginning stages of the house. Walls are built and trucked up from Wisconsin and a huge crane sets them into place. The same process goes for the rafters.

"Kat" is sizing up a canary who is feeding on our bird feeder. She is Deb's kitty and her real name is Molly...but we just call her KAT! ha She enjoyed the feeder so much that her "Mom" bought a feeder for her too. FINALLY they got BIRDS just the other day!

Every day we have a little piece of heaven on earth as we see the everchanging reflections on the lake. From eagles soaring, to memories of little boys fishing on an old pontoon or a little girl's first success at water skiing or the outrageous laughter as our firstborn enjoys a boatride. Here and now as we grow old together we will see if only in our mind's eye these things we treasure and those we look forward to in as many tomorrows as we may have left on this earth.
