Happy Birthday, Steve!

Steve celebrated his birthday with some company. Gram Eloise, Mike (up to celebrate Fathers Day & fishing & Steve's birthday), and Andy W. He had fun opening his gifts! Auntie Moni & Uncle Jim called to say Happy Birthday, this evening. Debbie called earlier today! He had a good day!

Cute Critter at Little Buck!

Haven't seen a racoon in AGES, until the other night when this little fellow decided to taste the sunflower seeds and hummingbird food. He scared Chloe & I half to death, as he climbed onto the window to reach everything. SOOO CUTE! Rich said I will regret saying that...we will see. He was really careful not to damage any of my newly planted flowers, so he is on my good side!

FUN WEEKEND!

Had a fun weekend at Deb & Andy's! They had a BBQ at their house this past weekend with Mike & Christina, Rich &I and one of Mike's college friends, Eric, joined us too!

We played a HOT game of bean bag toss...

Mike & I were partners vs. Deb & Andy on the first round. Then we took on Rich & Christina. I believe we beat them too. THEN...we made a bet (WINNERS get the LOOSERS to wait on them for the nite!) Well, you know who got the LOOSER title while Rich & Christina, Deb & Andy took us to the cleaners!

We were grateful they didnt take that to a higher level of humiliation, huh Mike?

Andy was the grill master
and cooked a WONDERFUL grilled chicken w/bbq sauce, corn on the cob, potato salad, etc.... *carrot cake*...was an amazing meal.

Kinda settled our meal, then headed for the new horse race track at Forest Lake which has the little cart races and trotter horses. The weather was just perfect and we had a blast betting on our "favorites." At only $2.00 a bet, and no admit. charge it was just a FUN evening together. Mike was a BIG winner with some over a $100.00, Andy did pretty good , Deb & Christina, Rich & I...not so good, but had fun anyway. Maybe next time =)

Ended the weekend by picking Steve up in Grand Rapids for a few weeks with US! Hoping to maybe catch a few fish or go on a little vacation somewhere for few days.
